At BACKinTRACKtion, we build a language to communicate and connect through exploring the language of behaviour… with a special focus on those having attempted suicide, had thoughts of doing so, or have self harmed.

We promote awareness, accountability and vulnerability…
We rebuild trust .. through various avenues – one being animals.
We explore and build connection to self first, with the ripple effect flowing into community and nature.
